Meet the Providers
Dr. Renu George, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Dr. Renu George, DNP earned her Masters in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Nurse Practitioner from Frontier University in 2016. She earned her bachelor's degree in Nursing and a master's degree in Sociology from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, India.
She is board certified in Family practice and is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Kentucky Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a certified medical examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
Vishnukant Joshi, DO
Dr. Joshi graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kirksville, MO, which is the first Osteopathic School started by Dr Andrew Taylor Still. The college is affiliated with A T Still University, which was named after the founder of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Andrew Taylor Still.
After graduation, Dr. Joshi completed a traditional rotating osteopathic internship at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital, which is now known as Western Reserve Hospital, followed by a family medicine residency at Michigan State University based in Kalamazoo, MI.
Dr. Joshi has been training in and practicing ayurvedic medicine and anthroposophic medicine for nearly a decade. He has treated several thousands of patients with his hands-on osteopathic manipulative treatment, resulting in great improvements in their pain and other health conditions.
He is author of the book, “The Osteopathic Difference” which was published in 2013.
Bridgette Carroll,MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Bridgette is a 2009 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, earning her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Bridgette specializes in Family Medicine, Occupational Health, and Neurology, with a strong emphasis on integrative and functional medicine. Bridgette's approach to healthcare is centered around developing personalized relationships with her clients, empowering them to achieve optimal wellness.
Bridgette also has extensive experience in treating general medical maladies such as: diabetes, headache, spine health, hypertension, vestibular disorders (vertigo), and offers an integrative approach to the long-term management of these conditions. Bridgette is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Terri has been with Grace Primary Care since the beginning. She is an avid fan of the Louisville Cardinals, she enjoys the outdoors and gardening.

Stephanie began her healthcare career as a PCA in 2021. She joined Grace Primary Care June of 2025. She enjoys days off with her husband and their 4 cats. She loves art, DND, scary movies and writing.

Becky began her career in healthcare in 2010 after graduating from Ivy Tech in Madison Indiana where she got her technical certificate in Phlebotomy and then continued to get her associate degree in health care and Medical Assisting. Becky began her career with Grace Primary Care in February 2023. She enjoys riding motorcycle with her husband, gardening, genealogy and being around her cats.
